MWA has made the project “CG MY IDOL” to select the people who are considered to be the role-models in leader and individual levels. Those who are chosen would be expected to reinforce organization’s value and culture in the term of morality.

The committees choose CG MY IDOL (Leader) from executive level 8 or equal and CG MY IDOL (Individual) from level 2 to level 7 officers. The selection results were announced on May 14th, 2014 and the rewards were given to the winners on May 23rd, 2014 (MWA CG DAY 2014).
